Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds except in limited circumstances as outlined below.

2. Digital Products (Journal Prompts, Tarot Spreads, Challenges, etc.)

✅ All digital product sales are final. Once purchased, you will receive an instant download or email delivery. Since these are non-returnable and accessible immediately, we do not offer refunds for digital products.

🚨 If you experience a technical issue (e.g., broken file, missing download):

We will provide a replacement file or assist with troubleshooting.

3. Coaching Services (Mental Health Life Coaching & Holistic Coaching)

✅ Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked and completed.
🚀 If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your session.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show: No refund or rescheduling.
More than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your session.

4. Tarot Readings (Live & PDF Readings)

✅ All tarot reading sales are final. These readings require time, energy, and intuition, so refunds are not available once the service has been completed or delivered.
